Strawberry Cream Squares

Ingredients

• 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 packages (10 oz) frozen strawberries
• 1-1/2 cups crushed pineapple
• 3 medium bananas, diced
• 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
• 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in water and add strawberries, stirring until thawed.
Add pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Pour half of mixture in a 8x8 pan sprayed with oil.
Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
