Ingredients
- WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
- 8 " yellow cake
- 1 pint fresh berries
- 2 C. heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 C. white chocolate melted until warm,
- not hot
- BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- 1 T. heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
1. Slowly drizzle chocolate into whipped cream, stirring until completely smooth.
FOR BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:
2. In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add remaining ingredients, beating on high until frosting becomes fluffy and stiff.
TO SERVE:
3. Pile white chocolate mousse decoratively on top of cake and dot with rosettes of piped butter-cream frosting and berries.
