Ingredients
- 3 pounds tomatoes
- two garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano
- 1 pound pasta cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Get tomatoes into boiling water, peel, and then chop.
Sauté garlic in oil, add tomato and other spices.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Add whipping cream and heat thoroughly.
Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with cheese
