White Chocolate Strawberry tarts

Tastes like a strawberry shortcake but you eat it with your fingers. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

• 1 package Waffle Cookies
• 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
• Vanilla extract, to taste
• Sugar, to taste
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, finely chopped
• 1 package fresh stawberries, cleaned and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar in a mixer and beat on high speed until peaks form. Fold in white chocolate chip pieces.

Spread whipped cream mixture on cookies and top with a few strawberry slices.
