Ingredients
- 6-7 Chicken breast cut into bite pieces
- 2 green onion, sliced
- 1 red & green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can coconut milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the coconut milk in the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Stir in the coconut milk, and cook for an additional 30 minutes on LOW.
