Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 425.
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
- 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- whipped cream, for garnish
- nuts, as garnish , optional.

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients; mix well and turn into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated 425 oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue baking 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting.
Any pieces left over should be refrigerated.
