gr marscapone cheese
box pavesini biscuits, to taste
cold espresso coffee
1. Separate egg yolks from egg white in 2 bowls. 2. Add sugar to yolks and whick vigorously. Add marscapone cheese and stir. 3. Vigourously whisk egg white until foamy and fluffy. Add to marscapone cream mixture. 4. Dip the biscuits in the coffee. Line them up in a bowl. Fold in the marscapone cream. Make another layer until all of the cream is finished. 5. Coat with cocoa powder.
