Ingredients
- 4 -1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves (use a little less)
- 7 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced and grated rind
- 6 ounces liquid pectin or Surejell

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare jars and lids,
Follow instructions for liquid pectin or Surejell.
Skim off foam and immediately pour into hot canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space at top. Wipe jar rims and add prepared, two-piece lids, Process 15 minutes in a boiling water canner or immediately upon tightening the rims turn upside down for 5 min.
