Salad, Pineapple Chiffon

Is like the lime jello salad I like at Sonnie's

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lime gelatin
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup hot watter
• 1 pkg. cream cheese
• 2 cups whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in hot water or pineapple juice. Cool; add cream cheese. When mixture is thick, beat. Add shipped cream. Chill.
