Brie and Walnut Strudel

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 1/4 cups hot hot tap water
- 1/4 plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 cups of bread flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 . 1 c pf ricotta cheese
- 2 . 6 oz of single brie cheese
- 3 . Chives
- 4 . Garlic and pepper
- 5 . Toasted Walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingerdients in mixer for 8 minutes.
2. After it's mixed - wrap it up and let it sit and relax for at least one hour.
Filling:
1. 1 c pf ricotta cheese
2. Cut in 6 oz of single brie cheese
3. Chopped chives
4. Grate in some garlic and pepper
5. Mix lightly - keep the walnuts
6. Melt some butter.
Method:
Once the dough is relaxed cut out a third and start stretching it with your hands.
You should be able to read a newspaper through the strudel it should be stretched that thin.
Once rolled - snip off the thicker ends with a pair of scissors.
Line the edge of the strudel with the filling and roll in a nice thin log.
Brush the top with an egg wash and sprinkle generously with poppy seeds.
Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
