Spicy Baguette Toasts

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 1/2 cup (125 ml.) olive oil
- 2 tsp (1 0 ml.) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp (10 ml.) garlic salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml.) Asian chili oil
- Several grindings black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice baguette into diagonal slices about 6" long and just under 1/2"thick . Slice each slice in half lengthwise to make two biscotti's shaped pieces.
3. Lay baguette slices on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, mix together remaining ingredients in a small dish.
4. When toasts are golden, remove pan from oven. Turn toasts over. Brush top side only with the olive oil mixture. Return to oven for another 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Toast keep well in a sealed container up to two days. Makes about 48 toasts.
