Pay Day Bar Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Box yellow cake mix
• 1 eg
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 2/3 cup corn syrup
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 (12 oz) bag peanut butter chips
• 2 cups salted peanuts
• 1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Beat cake mix, butter, and egg together in a bowl.
Press into the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan and bake for 12 to 18 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to puff.
In a sauce, heat corn syrup, 1/2 cu[ butter, vanilla and chips until melted.
Remove from heat ad stir in Rice Krispies and peanuts.
Spoon over marshmallows and spread evenly to cover.
Chill and cut into squares.
