Ingredients

  • ICING:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 - 2oz. can crushed pineapple
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Mix well. Add 1 cup Confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Grease pan. Cream sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt baking soda. Mix in vanilla and pineapple. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Let cool before icing.
