Cake: Chocolate Souffle

This recipe is a demo, I wrote this down on a yellow piece of paper and I am not sure if the recipe is correct.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 eggs separated
- 6 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350*
8 inch springform pan Greased and floured
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffly
Add egg yolks one at a time (slowly)
Mix in melted chocolate and cinnamon
Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks.
Stir in 1/3 of egg white mixture
Slowly fold rest of whites
Pour in pan and Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 45 minutes before serving
