Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lbs of Chicken (boiled and boned) Reserve liquid
  • 1 1/2 cup rice cooked in 4 cups of water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water or liquid from boiled chicke
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix (Dry Lipton Soup)

Preparation

Step 1

1) Boil chicken and reserve the liquid.
2) Spread the cooked rice in a 9X 13 inch pan sprayed with pam
3) Spread the chicken pieces over the rice.

4) Mix the soups, water/or chicken broth with the onion soup mix in the blender.
5) Pour the blended soups over the chicken & rice
6) Cover the pan with foil and bake.

Bake at 350 degree for approximately 1 hour.
