Asian Noodles w/ sesame seeds and peanut sauce

Chinese quick cold or warm salad. Very easy, despite the many sauce ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg pasta, preferably whole wheat
- 1 red pepper, sliced thin julienne
- 3 carrots, sliced thin and julienne
- 3 scallion, sliced thin
- 1 slivered jalepeno, sliced thin into strips
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 2 tblsp sesame seeds
- 2 stalks celery, julienne
- Sauce
- 1 tblsp garlic
- 1 tblsp ginger
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tblsp tahini
- 1/4 cup rice or black vinegar
- 3 tblsp rice wine or sherry
- 1 tblsp sesame oil
- 1 tblsp coconut or veg oil
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to pkg directions. Prepare veg and set aside. In a blender add the sauce ingredients and whir till smooth. Taste for seasoning. Can add 1-2 tblsp pasta water if too thick.
Now toss the noodles with the veg and then toss in the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and peanuts.
