  • 1 container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 2 tablespoons caramel topping

Preparation

Step 1

1 Remove cover from yogurt; stir well with spoon. Recover, and place in freezer, stirring every 15 minutes until consistency of soft serve, 30 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, reserve 1/4 cup cereal; set aside. Coarsely crush remaining cereal; place in small bowl.

2 Stir reserved 1/4 cup cereal into frozen yogurt, forming a ball. With spoon, remove yogurt ball, and place in bowl with coarsely crushed cereal. Roll ball around in crumbs, or spoon crumbs over ball until completely covered with crumbs.

3 Place on serving plate. Drizzle with caramel topping. Serve immediately.

This dessert is best served right away, as the cereal will begin to soften, but you can hold it in the freezer for up to 1 hour if you want to have it ready to serve as dessert after dinner.

Try drizzling with honey for a more authentic flavor, or try hot fudge as a variation.
