Ingredients
- 1 (14-inch) pizza pan
- 1 (12-oz. roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, oranges, cherries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup peach preserves

Step 1
Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices and cover pizza pan. Using waxed paper seal cookie dough into a solid crust. Bake crust at 375 degrees F. for 12 minutes, then let cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over crust, leaving the outer edge showing. Use fruit of chioce. Arrange fruit in concentric circles over the crust. Glaze fruit with 1/2 cup peach preserves with 2 - 3 Tbsp. water. Refrigerate until serving.
