CASSEROLE - SNOWFLAKE BREAKFAST BAKE

Ingredients

• 3 C. frozen diced O'Brien Potatoes
• 2 C. diced fully cooked ham
• 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 C. milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 C. biscuit mix
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. white pepper
• 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray Dimensions Snowflake pan with vegetable pan spray.

Layer potatoes, ham and cheese in prepared pan. In large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, biscuit mix, salt pepper and basil until blended. Pour into pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly browned. Let stand 20 minutes before removing from pan.
