Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Stew meat
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 3 or 4 stocks of celery
- 4 or 5 potato’s
- 3 small onions
- 46 oz. tomato juice or V8 juice
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. tapioca

Step 1
Brown stew meat, and slice or dice the rest of the vegetables. Mix the tapioca in with the tomato juice and soy sauce. Pour sauce over vegetable. Bake at 350deg. For 2 1/3 to 3 hours.
