  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 T. butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium size bowl, beat eggs, water, salt, and pepper with fork until well mixed.
2. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until it begins to sizzle. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook until it begins to set on the bottom. Draw the tip of a pancake turner across the bottom of the skillet, forming large, soft curds of egg. Continue to cook just until eggs are thickened but still moist. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
