1 lb Tuna
White sesame seeds
1/2 lb crab meat finely cut --no need for lump---claw ok
Siracha few dashes to your liking
Mayo/siracha mixture
Egg roe green and orange
Mold

Preparation

Step 1

Finely mince tuna
Place in bowl
Add mayo siracha mixture and mix into minced Tuna
Add sesame seeds and mix
Place in mold and press until about 1/8 inch still remains exposed
Fill up remaining mold with crabmeat

Top with roe
