Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 1 oz squares semisweet baking chocolate, melted, cooled
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- Garnish:
- Whipped cream in aerosol or pipping tube
- Chocolate curls

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare crust:
Stir together butter and crumbs in a medium bowl. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Prepare filling:
Combine sugar and butter in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add melted chocolate and continue beating, scraping sides often, until well mixed. Add egg substitute and beat until light and fluffy.
Spoon filling into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
