Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tea. cider vinegar
- 2 tea. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tea. minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/8 tea. crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork into 1" slices and flatten to 1/4" thickness; sprinkle with salt. Cook pork in batches in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until tender.
Reduce heat tyo low; return all meat to the pan. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pork and turn to coat. Heat through.
