- 3/4 CUP MARGARINE OR BUTTER
- 2-1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 LARGE EGGS
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- 2 CUPS GRATED ZUCCHINI
- 1/4 CUP OIL
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 2-1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP COCOA POWDER
- 2-1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 1-1 -2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 CUP SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Step 1
CREAM THE BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER. ADD THE EGGS, VANILLA, ZUCCHINI, OIL AND MILK, AND SET ASIDE. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER THE FLOUR, COCOA POWDER, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT AND CINNAMON. ADD THE WET INGREDIENTS TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. FOLD IN THE NUTS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS, AND POUR THE BATTER INTO A GREASED 9X13 INCH PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES. FROST WITH YOUR FAVORITE FROSTING.
