  • –2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • –2 tbsp raw cacao and cacao nibs
  • –2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • –1/4 cup flax seeds, hemp seeds or chia seeds
  • –1/4 cup raisins
  • –1 cup cashews and 1 cup almonds, instead of 2 cups cashews
  • –1/4 cup dried goji berries

Preparation

Step 1

Process cashews in food processor until they are well ground, (stop before they turn to butter). Add dates and process until the mixture sticks in a large ball.
