Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup uncooked quick oats
- 2 medium egg whites
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Shape mixture into sixty 1 inch balls. Place balls on baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and keep warm.
While balls cook heat barbecue sauce over medium-high heat until hot. Pour sauce over meatballs and toss gently.
Serve over rice with veggies, as a sandwich, or as appetizer.
2 meatballs per serving. WW points 1 pt per serving.
