- 3 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. water
- 1 C. (about 1 oz.) lightly packed
- fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 C. (about 1/3 oz.) lightly packed
- fresh mint leaves
- Salt
