Ingredients
- 1 cup shell macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1/2 cup finely diced sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced sweet pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1 Tablespoon minced pimiento
- 1/4 cup rea; mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse macaroni with cold water.
In a medium bowl, combine macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion, green pepper and pimiento.
In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
Blend into macaroni mixture.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
