Shrimp Deviled Eggs

I used salad shrimp finely chopped; lemon pepper and dry mustard. Next time I will add a little red pepper or the Sirachi liquid pepper sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs - hard boiled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. minced green onions (I didn't have these so I omitted them)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (ditto)
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Zest (used the lemon pepper instead)
  • 2 garlic cloves - pressed (omitted)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp (1 small pkg of salad shrimp)

Step 1

Cook & peel eggs. Put yolks in separate bowl & mash finely with a fork.
Finely chop salad shrimp and add to mashed yolks. Add 3/4 cup mayo (or to taste) and everything else - mix well. Spoon onto egg halves - serve.
