salad, Green Pineaple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 or 2 pkg. lime gelatin
• 2 cups pineapple juice and water
• 1/2 to 1 cupwalnuts or pecans, finely chopped
• 1 small jar pimento strips
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
• 2 pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 pint whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

ssolve gelatin in pineapple juice and boiling water. Cool until thickened. Blend cheese and pineapple; add to gelatin. Fold in celery, nuts and pimento. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1 ring mold an chill.
