Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tea. vanilla
  • 1 tea. orange zest
  • 1/4 tea salt
  • 1/4 tea. cinnamon
  • 1 tea. nutmeg.
  • 1 lb. brioche cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, orange zest, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Toss with brioche cubes and raisins.

Transfer to a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 375 until set, about 40 minutes.
