Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tea. vanilla
- 1 tea. orange zest
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 1 tea. nutmeg.
- 1 lb. brioche cut into 1" cubes
- 1 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, orange zest, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Toss with brioche cubes and raisins.
Transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Bake at 375 until set, about 40 minutes.
