Ingredients
- 1 bunch beet greens
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c chopped raw walnuts
- 2 T lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean and chop greens
2. Steam greens till tender (about 10 min.), then drain in colander
3. Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion, saute 2 min.
4. Add walnuts till begin to brown
5. Add beet tops
6. Stir till warm, top with lemon juice and salt, serve
