S'more Brownie Pie

• 1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix, batter prepared according to package directions
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup marshmallow creme, melted
• 1/2 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray and place brownie batter in it; bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top; using a knife, spread melting chips like frosting over top of brownies. Drizzle with marshmallow creme and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Allow to cool slightly; wrap well. Just before serving, reheat, if desired, then cut into wedges.
