- 1/3 C BOTTLED TERIYAKI MARINADE WITH PINEAPPLE
- 1/3 C CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
- 1/3 C SHREDDED COCONUT
- 1 T CIDER VINEGAR
- 2 T SLICED GREEN ONION
- 1/8 t CAYENNE PEPPER
- 2 POUNDS SKINLESS DRUMSTICKS

Step 1
COMBINE MARINADE, PINEAPPLE, COCONUT, VINEGAR, GREEN ONION AND CAYENNE IN BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL WELL MIXED. PLACE CHICKEN IN RECLOSEABLE PLASTIC BAG, ADD MARINADE MIXTURE, TURN TO COAT. AND SEAL. REFRIGERATE 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
PREHEAT GRILL. GRILL DRUMSTICKS, COVERED 20-25 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE OR TWICE.
