CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES

• 1#1# large strawberries
• 8OZ8 OZ cream cheese softened
• 3-4Tablespoons3-4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1teaspoon1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse Strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary. Prep all strawberries and set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a pastry bag. Fill strawberries with cheese mixture. Once strawberries are filled dip into graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until serving
