Party Cheese Wreath

Ingredients

• 2-8 oz cream cheese; softened
• 1-8 oz mild cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 Tbs red pepper; finely chopped
• 1 Tbs green onion; finely chopped
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add bell pepper, onion Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and ground red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Plave drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture around glass, just touching the ri, to form ring; smooth with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped, fresh parsley and chopped red bell pepper
