Chocolate Whipped Cream Icing

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup milk
• pinch of cream of tartar
• 2 cups chilled whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk powdered sugar, cocoa, milk and cream of tartar in large bowl until smooth.
Cover and refridgerate until well chilled.(1 hour)
Using electric mixer, gradually beat cream into chocolate mixture.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form
