  • 2 tsp Pwd. Egg white + 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Canola Oil

Step 1

Combine egg white powder and water whisk until frothy,m set aside, combine the flours, add the oil to the water and mix into the flour mixture, add egg white to flour mixture whisk until everything is incorporated, let sit for 30 minutes

Sprat no stick 8" non-stick skillet with oil, then add scant small ladle full of crepe batter to the pan swirling into a thin pancake to coat the pan, cook until it appears dry approximately 20-30 seconds, flip and cook on the other side about 20 more seconds, invert out onto platter, continue with the next ladle of batter.
