Ingredients
- 1 package dry active yeast
- 3 cups lukewarm water
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil preferred)

Step 1
To prepare crust:
All yeast to "proof" in 1 cup lukewarm water in mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Add remaining 2 cups lukewarm water, oil and yeast. Knead dough until smooth. Place in warm place for 45 minutes, or until doubled in size. Knead again, Let rise for 10 minutes. Stretch by hand to fit pizza pans.
To make pizza:
Spread dough with tomato puree seasoned with basil, oregano, garlic, salt and and pepper to taste. Spread with favorite toppings. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 450° degree oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
