Step 1
Cut up chicken take neck, gizzards, liver and put in pan cover with warm water, add celery,onion,parsley,salt,pepper,and paprika. Cook as broth
1 and 1/2 to 2 hours .
Take chicken & coat with flour mixed with salt,pepper, and paprika. Brown in oil put in pot on rack and add strained broth to cover . Dook on top of stove or in over with cover for at least 1 hour.
Dumplings 3 cups of flour , 1 teas. salt . In another bowl mix 2 eggs & beat in 1 cup of water . Mix in flour . Drop from plate into boiling water. Cook 15 to 20 minutes depending on how big dumplings are .
In frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 heaping spoonful of flour and 2 teas. paprika mix and cook over low heat until thick . Add 1 cup of milk and stir constantly until thick , add sour cream
