Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast, halves
  • 5 teaspoon flour\1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1

Coat chicken in bag. Reserve flour.

Melt 1/4 cup butter in pan and add chicken till golden brown. Remove chicken from pan and reduce heat. Stir in flour till it turn into a roux. Mix 1 cup boiling water and 2 chicken bullion cube and add to flour mixture gradually . Stir till smooth. Add 1 cup wine thyme garlic salt and bay leaf. Stir till smooth. Add chicken. Simmer 25 minutes till chicken are tender.
