Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 t. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 t. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil,and seasonings. Place chicken in a large zip lock plastic bag, then pour in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours, gently shaking the bag occasionally. When ready to cook, Drain from marinade. Place on grill for 8 minutes. Turn and grill for another 7 minutes or until done.
