- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond ext.

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 9 inch pie plate with crust.
Trim pastry to 1/2 inch beyond edge of pie plate;
flute edges. Bake 400 for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into crust. Cover edges loosely with foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
