Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chuck roast 1 t. basil
- 8 oz. beer 1 t. oregano
- 8 oz jar pepperoncinis with liquid 2 cloves garlic (leave whole)
- 1 can beef boullion (or 8 oz. Water with 3 boullion cubes) Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all ingredients in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Take out roast and shred for sandwiches. If desired, cut up pepperoncinis to use on sandwiches. Serve on Kaiser or sandwich rolls.
