Ingredients
- 3 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Dash garlic salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded swiss or mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine zucchini, mushrooms, onion, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic salt, butter, egg and cracker crumbs in a large bowl, stirring until well blended.
Spoon into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
