Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound bacon
- 1 box stove top stuffing mix (chicken)
- 1 egg
- 1 Can chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix stuffing, egg and chicken broth together and set aside until liquid is fully absorbed.
Cut bacon in half. Place 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons of the stuffing mixture on to one the end of apiece of bacon and roll up.
Place on a cookie rack in a jelly roll pan, seam side down.
Bake until bacon is cooked.
