Spritz cookie.
Always press cookies onto a cool baking sheet.
If dough is to soft and not making sharp images, refrigerate dough.
If dough is to stiff to move through press, let the dough stand at room temperature.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream butter ad cream cheese.
Add sugar; blend well.
Stir in vanilla.
Gradually add flour.
Using a cookie press, fitted with desired shape.
Press dough onto an un-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but not brown.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
