Step 1

Smoked Turkey: Slice bread 3/8-inch thick. Spread bread with one part Stonewall Kitchen Margarita Mustard to three parts softened butter. Top with thinly sliced mesquite smoked breast of turkey. Cut tea sandwich in half. Garnish with sprig of fresh thyme.

Cheese: Slice bread 3/8 inch thick. Spread with softened butter. Top with slices of Coombe Farm Cheddar Cheese. Cut tea sandwich in half. Garnish with sprig of fresh herb.
